I actually don’t trust anyone else with my hair. Met Nate after receiving the worst haircut of my life and asked if he could fix it. He did that and more. Gives you what you ask for and helps you make decisions based on what would look best on you. I’d give him more than 5 stars if I could.

I have been getting straightened up by Nate for the last several months and couldn't be more happier everytime I leave. Nate is precise, thorough and extremely respectful. I highly recommend getting in if you have not. You will not be disappointed, he actually cares about what you look like and what you actually want. I have taken both my boys in and they absolutely love it. You will never need another Barber trust me.

I am so glad I found Nate Blackos to cut my son’s hair! I am a very “picky person” and after doing lots of research on local barbers I found Blackos Barber Shop. Everything from a clean and cozy environment to how talented Nate is brings me joy. His barber shop is located in Northgate and very well put together . iIm glad to tell others and give him a 5-star review. My son’s hair looks so good and he now has a new look to start in middle school. I am now a new happy client. 😊

I can't say enough about this business. Nates been trimming my beard now for over two years and this review was deserved ages ago so I apologize if it's a little cheesy. Let me break it down for you there are people that cut hair and old school barbers. Nate is a young man but also that old school barber. He will edge you up perfectly all the while remembering your life story on the next visit. I've had 7 local barbers all great in there trade and very local to my home. Yet I drive 50 minutes each way almost monthly not just for a great barber but also to support a young man with a local business and a dream. The other reviews are truthful when they say call ahead. He books out 3 to 7 weeks most the time, however Nate is a very accommodating young man, so reach out!

I have been going to Nate for 1.5 years now. I go in every 2-3 weeks. Nate is always on time, pleasant, and consistent with his cuts. It is so hard to find consistency and Nate delivers….EVERY TIME! He has become a good friend of mine. I love going in. He also cuts my 4 year old son’s hair. My son loves going in with Dad to see Nate. My wife loves the cuts Nate does for my son and me. Nate is my barber for life. Nothing but respect for this man! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
